Performance Blueprint Class – 2 Hour Training Block
The Performance Blueprint Training Plan is a high-intensity, two-hour class designed to help athletes elevate their game through expert instruction and structured training. Offered Monday through Saturday in convenient two-hour blocks, each session begins with a fitness and movement-based segment to build strength, agility, and overall athleticism. Players then transition into a focused, one-hour hitting class, honing their swing mechanics, approach, and consistency at the plate.
In addition to hitting, the program includes a specialized throwing mechanics and pitching session. This portion emphasizes proper movement patterns, arm health, and velocity development, ensuring athletes maximize their potential while reducing injury risk. Led by former MLB coach Tim Lamonte and renowned pitching instructor Matt Miller, the Performance Blueprint Training Plan provides elite-level guidance, helping players refine their skills and reach the next level of their baseball journey.
This program will measure and track player development through metric tracking, community development and gamification of specific tasks and performance obejectives.
Performance Blueprint Training Plan members can book into one 2-hour class session per day, offering training opportunities up to 6 days per week.
